These terms apply to your use of juniperrc.com, operated by Juniper Ridge Construction LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Licensing
Juniper Ridge Construction LLC is licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board: NV Lic. #0094959 (B-2) · #0094960 (C-3). You can verify our licenses with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Specialty trades performed by subcontractors licensed in their classification. We do not perform work that requires a license classification we do not hold.
2. The website is information, not an offer
The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a bid, an offer or a contract. Any work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over anything on this website.
3. Free estimates
Estimates are free and non-binding. They are based on the information available at the time and may change because of hidden or unforeseen site conditions, code or permit requirements, engineering, changes in scope, or changes in material prices. A price is binding only when it is included in a signed written agreement.
4. Photos, projects and reviews
- Project photos on this site show work performed by our company and our team of licensed partners, unless an image is labeled “illustrative”.
- Descriptions and results vary from project to project; every property is different.
- Reviews shown on this site come from genuine customers, primarily from our Google Business Profile. We may shorten them; we do not change their meaning, and we do not pay for reviews.
5. Service area
We serve Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Fallon and the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe.
6. Communications
When you send us a quote request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message or email about that request, as described under the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or ask us to stop calling or emailing and we will. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
7. Acceptable use of our forms
Our forms are for people requesting construction services. Please do not use them to sell or advertise products or services, to send links, bulk or automated messages, or to submit someone else’s contact information. We may filter, ignore or block messages and senders (email addresses, phone numbers and company domains) that misuse our forms.
8. Partner companies and other websites
Our partners — including Juniper Ridge Painting (J & D Painting LLC, NV Lic. #0093655, C-4A), SSR Structural & Design and JDM Landscaping — are separate companies with their own licenses and agreements. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Juniper Ridge Construction or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; please do not copy or reuse our content or photos without written permission.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the website itself. This section does not limit any rights you have under a written construction agreement with us, or any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Construction warranties are only those stated in your written agreement and those required by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
