Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Juniper Ridge Construction collects when you visit juniperrc.com or ask us for a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Quote and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, the type of project and the details you write in the message (which may include your project address, timing or budget).
- Optional: whether you ask to receive occasional marketing emails.
- Anything you share with us directly by phone, text, email or in person, such as photos, plans or site information for your project.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data when you send a form: your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from, and the date and time. We also record which version of the consent notice below the form you saw.
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign details (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, the search term, or Google’s ad click identifiers); otherwise, the name of the website that referred you (for example, google.com).
- Usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and clicks on our phone number. See section 4.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request: call, text or email you about it, schedule your free estimate and prepare your quote.
- To carry out and manage your project, including “we’re on the way” notices.
- To understand which ads and searches bring us customers, so we can improve our advertising.
- To keep our forms safe: detect spam and abuse, including keeping a list of email addresses, phone numbers and company domains that have sent spam.
- To comply with the law and with the requirements of the Nevada State Contractors Board.
- To send you occasional marketing emails — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use these:

Google Analytics and Google Ads. We use these Google services to measure visits and the results of our advertising. Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google may also use this data to show you our ads on other websites based on your past visits to ours.
Maps. The map on our Contact page loads from Google only if you choose “Show map”. Our fonts are served from our own website, not from Google.
Your controls:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings (the site keeps working).
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center, or through NAI and DAA.
Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our business and may only use it for us: Google Workspace (email), Hostinger (website hosting and database), Cloudinary (image delivery), and Google (Analytics, Ads and Maps, as described above).
- People working on your project, only as needed to do the work: our licensed subcontractors, engineers and partner companies such as Juniper Ridge Painting — never for their own marketing.
- Authorities when required by law, a licensing board or a court, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- A buyer or successor if our business is ever sold or reorganized.
Text messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
- See, correct or delete the information we hold about you: email info@juniperrc.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm a detail to verify it’s you. We answer within 45 days.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
- Calls: ask us to stop calling and we will add you to our do-not-call list.
We may keep information we are legally required to keep, or need for an existing contract or warranty.
7. Nevada residents
Nevada law gives you the right to direct us not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it. You may still send a verified request to our designated address, info@juniperrc.com (subject: “Nevada opt-out request”), and we will respond within 60 days.
8. California residents
You may review and request changes to the personal information you gave us by contacting us as described in section 6. This policy describes the categories of information we collect, the third parties we share it with, how we respond to Do Not Track signals and whether third parties collect information about your activity over time and across websites.
9. How long we keep it
- Quote requests: while we follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Customer and project records: as long as needed for warranties, taxes and legal obligations (Nevada construction claims can be brought up to 10 years after completion).
- Messages filtered as spam: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Privacy request records: 24 months.
- Google Analytics data: according to Google’s retention settings for our account.
10. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), a password-protected internal system with access limited to our team, and trusted providers. No method is 100% secure; if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Children, other websites and changes
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Links to other websites (including our partners and social media) are governed by their own policies. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date; for important changes we will also show a notice on our home page for at least 30 days.
