Not every Tahoe project starts from bare ground. We also remodel existing homes, rebuild decks and renovate siding and exteriors in Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Glenbrook, Zephyr Cove and Stateline. We work on the Nevada side of the lake only.

Siding & exteriors →Building in the Basin comes with an extra layer of rules. The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) regulates building in the Lake Tahoe Basin, and depending on the scope, a project may need TRPA review in addition to the Washoe County or Douglas County building permit. We account for that from the start, so it doesn’t catch you by surprise halfway through.
Timing matters too. The building season at Tahoe’s elevation is short and snow can arrive early, so we plan materials and sequence exterior work with the goal of getting the house closed in before winter weather sets in.
