Siding Is Your Building’s First Defense

Northern Nevada is hard on exteriors: strong sun most of the year, wind that drives grit and rain, and winters that freeze and thaw over and over. Over time siding cracks, warps, fades and pulls loose, and once water gets behind it, the damage moves into the sheathing and framing.

Juniper Ridge Construction is a licensed Nevada general contractor based in Sparks. We look at the whole wall, not just the boards you can see, and tell you plainly whether a repair will do or a full replacement makes more sense, for a single home, an HOA or a community with many buildings.

Exterior Work We Handle

From a few damaged boards to a complete re-side, managed by one accountable contractor.

Siding Replacement

Tear-off of worn or damaged siding and a complete new installation, wall by wall.

Siding Repair

Replacing cracked, loose or water-damaged sections and fixing what caused the problem.

Trim, Fascia & Soffits

New or repaired trim, corner boards, fascia and soffits, so the details match the new walls.

Wraps & Weather Barriers

House wrap, flashing around windows and doors, and sheathing repairs where the old siding let water in.

HOA & Multi-Building

Phased exterior projects for associations and property managers, planned building by building.

Painting Coordination

Paint and finishes coordinated with our sister company, Juniper Ridge Painting, on the same schedule.

Siding Options We Install

Each material has its strengths. We help you weigh look, upkeep and budget for your building.

Fiber Cement

Heavy, stable boards that hold paint well and stand up to sun, pests and rot. A common choice when fire resistance is part of the conversation.

Engineered Wood

The look of real wood in a lighter board, usually factory-primed or prefinished, that is easy to work around windows and trim.

Vinyl

A lower upfront cost and little upkeep, with color built into the panel. A practical option for many homes and rentals.

Metal

Steel or aluminum panels with a clean, modern look. Popular on shops, outbuildings and accent walls.

The right product depends on the building, the budget, any HOA guidelines and local requirements. We confirm what your city or county requires before we order materials.

HOAs & Multi-Building Communities

Re-siding a community is a project people live around. We plan it so residents and the board always know what comes next.

  • A building-by-building schedule, so work moves through the community in a planned order instead of everywhere at once.
  • Notice to residents before work starts on their building, with what to expect for access, parking and noise.
  • One point of contact for the board or property manager, with regular progress updates.
  • A documented scope for each building. Damaged sheathing or framing found under old siding is reported with photos before extra work is done.
  • Colors and materials approved by the board before anything is ordered, with painting coordinated through our sister company.
  • Cleanup at the end of each work day around entries, walkways and parking areas.

Siding Questions

Should I repair my siding or replace it?

If the damage is limited to a few areas and the rest of the siding is sound, a repair usually makes sense. If boards are failing across several walls, or water has gotten behind them, replacement is often the better long-term choice. We inspect first and explain what we see before recommending either one.

Can you match my existing siding?

We try to. Many profiles are still made, but some older products are discontinued and an exact match is not always possible. We tell you up front and suggest options, such as re-siding a full wall so the difference is not noticeable.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes. We plan multi-building projects building by building, keep one point of contact for the board or manager, and notify residents before work starts on their building.

Who paints the new siding and trim?

Some siding comes prefinished. When paint is needed, we coordinate it with our sister company, Juniper Ridge Painting, so the finish happens on the same schedule as the install.

Do I need a permit to replace siding?

It depends on the city or county and on the scope of the work. We check the local requirements for your project and pull the permit when one is required.
