Juniper Ridge Construction has expanded its Northern Nevada service area. Along with Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Fallon and the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, we now take on projects in the Carson Valley (Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa), Dayton, Yerington and Verdi, all from our office in Sparks. Each area now has its own page with the services we offer there.
Where you’ll find us
- Carson City — remodeling, exteriors and construction in Nevada’s capital.
- Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa — Carson Valley in Douglas County, from Minden, the county seat, to Genoa, founded in 1851 and Nevada’s oldest non-native settlement.
- Stateline, Zephyr Cove, Glenbrook and Incline Village — custom homes and remodels on Lake Tahoe’s Nevada shore, where building in the Tahoe Basin is also regulated by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA).
- Dayton — in Lyon County, along the Carson River.
- Yerington — the Lyon County seat.
- Verdi — the Washoe County community just west of Reno.
Our licenses are issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board, so our Lake Tahoe work stays on the Nevada side of the lake.
What we build in these areas
As a licensed Nevada general contractor, we handle kitchen and bathroom remodels, siding and exterior updates, roofing, additions, custom homes and work for HOAs and multi-family communities. Specialty trades are performed by subcontractors licensed in their own classifications, and we coordinate the whole project from the first walk-through to the final inspection.
